Dr. Jamil C. Mohsins expertise is in the areas of interventional cardiology, coronary artery disease, structural heart disease, nuclear cardiology and peripheral vascular disease. He is a board certified in cardiovascular disease, interventional cardiology and nuclear cardiology.Dr. Mohsin has been in practice as a clinical cardiologist since 1999. Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, Dr. Mohsin received his M.D. from the Medical College of Wisconsin where he also completed his medical internship and residency. This was followed by a cardiology fellowship at The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and an Interventional and Endovascular cardiology fellowship at Allegheny General Hospital and Drexel University College of Medicine.Having served as Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at Weil Cornell Medical College, he transitioned to private practice in Houston establishing the Heart & Vascular Center of North Houston. Dr. Mohsins philosophy is to provide advanced cardiovascular care utilizing the newest therapies and technologies while maintaining a personal and caring approach with his patients.
