Founded in 2002, Ikard Elementary serves more than 450 students in kindergarten through fifth grade. It offers a range of subjects, such as language arts, mathematics, natural sciences, fine arts and physical education. Additionally, the school offers a variety of extracurricular activities. Ikard Elementary s campus includes classrooms with networked computers and large-screen networked televisions with DVD and VCR capabilities, a music room, science laboratories and chapels. The school also offers a range of sports activities, including baseball, basketball, football, cheerleading, softball, and track and field. Located in Weatherford, Texas, Ikard Elementary is a part of the Weatherford Independent School District.
