Our Medical Director, Dr. Thomas Hobby, has many years of experience in Palliative and Hospice care, serving over the Palliative Care team at South Georgia Medical Center. Along with Dr. Hobby, many of our nurses and social workers hold certifications in Hospice and Palliative Care as well. Providing quality end-of-life care to patients and their families is accomplished by a team of professionals including registered nurses, doctors, social workers, a chaplain, certified nursing assistants, a dietician, grief counselors, and trained volunteers.
