Inspired by the building’s historic craftsmanship and its hometown’s soulful energy, Holston House offers a uniquely spirited, personalized and authentic experience in the heart of downtown Nashville. This 191-room hotel will feature six suites, including two signature 12th floor penthouse suites, fitness center, street-level restaurant, lobby lounge and rooftop bar. Additionally, the hotel will feature 3,000 square-feet of flexible meeting and event space, which includes ample function space on the first level, a boardroom, and a 439 square-feet rooftop room featuring a private terrace and folding glass doors leading to the hotel’s rooftop pool. Originally designed by Marr & Holman and recently re-imagined, the interior has been updated to compliment the exterior’s art deco details and honor the buildings historic spirit.
