The Helen Ross McNabb Center has been providing mental health care services to children, adults and families in Knoxville and east Tennessee since 1948. It is a regional, nonprofit integrated system providing mental health, substance abuse treatment and social services in more than 20 counties in Tennessee. Through its adult programs, the center provides comprehensive outpatient treatment and support services for individuals suffering from mental disorders, stress-related problems, chemical dependency and organic brain disorders. Its services for children and youth include specialized evaluation and treatment for childhood problems related to learning disabilities, substance abuse, and emotional, family, interpersonal, social, adjustment and personality factors. The Helen Ross McNabb Center is approved by the Commission for Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities and has locations in Dandridge, Greeneville, Louisville, Maryville, Loudon and Knoxville, Tenn.
