The Rescue Mission is a community that provides a range of housing solutions for men. It offers education, food, shelter, clothing, and independent and productive living programs. The community additionally provides intensive restoration programs for behavioral problems, mental disorders, and alcohol and drug addictions. It operates an education facility, The Learning Center, which was established in 1993 and offers a variety of academic curriculum, including grammar, writing, reading and math. The Learning Center also provides skills development and employment training programs. The community is a part of Rescue Ministries, which was founded in 1903 and provides lodging, education and spiritual programs. The Rescue Mission is located in Fort Wayne, Ind.
