One day I’ll get to brag about having known one of LA’s great chefs from early in his career. Diego has a comfy small restaurant with nice mood, that primarily caters to CBS across the street - but is open Monday-Saturday for dining in. It’s become our favorite go-often restaurant. Fresh ingredients blended with his major knack for flavor. (Take a bottle of wine along if you want. No beer/wine license, and no corkage fee.)
