We hand select the most gorgeous flowers at amazing prices and pass those savings on to our customers. Every arrangement will be carefully designed by the actual artist. You will get the flower design you see in the photo, or a better version. We serve all of Portland but mainly SW Portland. We specialize in full flower, European designs with very little greens. We also specialize in High end tropicals and custom designed weddings and events including complimentary bridal, sympathy, or event consultations and estimates. Flowers by Design is a studio shop, but we are enjoying growing one happy customer at a time.
