Welcome to Tennessee's first float tank center! An isolation tank is a lightless, soundproof tank inside which people float in a solution of Epsom salt water which is heated to skin temperature. While originally used to test the effects of sensory deprivation, they are now used for stress and anxiety reduction, pain, swelling, insomnia, jet lag, enhancing creativity, athletic performance and more.
