Operated by the City of Gahanna, Ohio, the Mifflin Township Division of Fire provides fire rescue and emergency medical services. The division also offers emergency crisis intervention services. It provides health care and fire protection services. The Mifflin Township Division of Fire maintains a fleet of more than 15 firefighting vehicles. The division includes rescue engines, ladder trucks, emergency medical vehicles, rescue boats and a hazardous material unit. In addition, it undertakes over 6,500 emergency fire extinguishing operations. The Mifflin Township Division of Fire offers fire prevention and suppression and public education services.
