EZ GRACE RESIDENTIAL & ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY IS A REGISTERED FACILITY WITH A "CLASS A" LICENSE OPERATING WITHIN THE CITY OF SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS We differ from all other existing facilities by offering a range of services that goes beyond merely proving basic needs for our residents, we believe not only in adequate care, but also eventual healing for all residents. We offer a range of services that include the following; -A Full-time Administrator who will be with residents always, and a Registered Nurse (RN) who will be made available as required. -All residents required attend an adult day care from 8:00-3:00 daily to keep them engaged in activities (More details can be provided) -3 course meals with snacks (Dietary restrictions for each patient is take note of). There is actually a timetable for all meals -We are always safety-conscious, so all residents are monitored to ensure they are well at all times -Medications for all residents are kept under lock and key and are administered as directed by each resident's physician -Laundry services for all residents are done once a week with care and ensuring that residents' clothes are not mixed up -2 residents per room with each resident having their own bed, mattress, bed-sheet, and storage for their personal belongings, -If a vehicle is not provided by resident's insurance for physician visit, we can provide transportation at a cost -Residents are encouraged to engage in physical activities and in that spirit, we sometimes take all residents to church events, and other outdoor events to promote a healthy living lifestyle -Movies night take place at least once in 2 months where all residents are taken to the cinema to watch a movie -Illegal drugs (marijuana, cocaine, methamphetamine, ecstasy, and all other drugs listed as hard or illegal) are not allowed. if such drugs are found, resident will be ejected and reported to the authorities -We cater to all our residents uniquely as each of them needs -All residents MUST abide by the rules and regulations of the facilities with NO exception. -PRIVATE ROOMS: We also have private rooms for those residents who prefer to be by themselves at an agreed-upon price
