Erin Gross, MD, is a board-certified OB/GYN. She provides comprehensive care to women, including maternity care, well woman care, family planning, and treatment for gynecological issues such as abnormal Pap smears, fibroids, ovarian cysts, abnormal bleeding, gynecological infections or sexually transmitted diseases. Dr. Gross' expertise is in treating vulvar and sexual health issues, including chronic vulvar pain (vulvodynia), vulvar vestibulitis, vulvar itching and chronic vaginitis, pain during intercourse, and lack of sexual desire. She is also experienced in minimally invasive gynecologic procedures, including laparoscopic and hysterioscopic procedures, Essure and endometrial ablation. As an assistant professor in the Department of Reproductive Medicine, Dr. Gross is involved with training OB/GYNs during their residencies. Dr. Gross completed her residency training at UC San Diego School of Medicine and earned her medical degree from Albany Medical College. She is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology. In 2013, Dr. Gross was the recipient of the National Vulvodynia Association's Dr. Stanley C.
