The firm was founded by a group of senior operating executives from leading Fortune 100 chemical companies with a long working history together coupled with seasoned investment professionals from a variety of different backgrounds. As former senior operating executives, we utilize a multi-disciplinary approach to investing where we implement various growth and margin improvement initiatives in combination with the operating management team to create true long-term value in a sustainable and eco-responsible manner.
