Dr. Emily Hsin-Hui Liao is a caring and diligent physical therapist serving the communities of New York Midtown and Forest Hills, NY. Dr. Liao attended New York University, where she received her Master's degree in Physical Therapy. She also holds a bachelors degree in Physical Therapy from China Medical University.Dr. Liao is a part of Chung Ying Physical Therapy PC.
