Edwin offers custom and
'semi-custom' frames that make
buying another import bike pointless.
Whether you want a fully customized
frame or one of my standard frames,
you will not be let down!

All edwin bikes are TIG
welded (tungsten inert gas).
Emphasis is put not only on
quality welds, but also good
fit up, a critical part to bike
construction.
Bikes start on the computer
CAD program, then tubing is
selected based on rider
need and size/application.
Tubes are then mitered on a
milling machine to within
.025 inches (not easy).
Finally, tubes are cleaned
and placed in the frame
fixture for welding.
