Dr. Ho is a native of Stockton and attended the following schools and colleges:
Edison High School, San Joaquin Delta College, California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo, and the University of California at Berkeley School of Optometry.
He completed a residency at the Palo Alto VA hospital and U.C. Berkeley School of Optometry in rehabilitative optometry. Dr. Ho's residency also included low vision care, primary eyecare, pediatric eye exams, and advanced contact lens fittings.


He is a past board member of the Community Center for the Blind.


He is currently a member of the U.C. Berkeley Optometric Alumni Association.


Previously, he has treated patients at Heritage Eye Associates, Central Valley Eye Medical Group, Pacific Laser Eye Center, and Eye Care Associates Optometry.


He is very experienced in the areas of refractive surgery, contact lenses, low vision, and medical eye care including ocular infections, glaucoma, macular degeneration, cataracts, and diabetic retinopathy.


Dr. Ho has co-managed thousands of LASIK patients since 1996. Previously, he was the Optometric Network Liaison at Pacific Laser Eye Center (now known as Premier Laser Eye Center).
