My practice concentrates on minimally invasive surgery of the sinuses and skull base. As one of the first surgeons to employee endoscopic approaches to sinus surgery in the United States, and the author of the first textbook on such surgery, I have operated on more than 5,000 patients for such problems. As endoscopic approaches evolved, my scope of practice also evolved to include complex revision surgery, orbital and optic nerve surgery, repair of CSF leakage through the nose and benign and malignant tumors of the nose and sinuses. As the author of more than 200 publications on the above topic and 6 textbooks, I feels privelaged to care for patients in the US and abroad, and to educate physicians for more than 30 years.
