Dr. Peter B. Lindy graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University and with a Doctor of Medicine from Tulane University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Orthopedic Surgery at Brown University Hospital in Providence, Rhode Island. He is a member of the American Medical Association, Memphis Orthopaedic Society and Tennessee Orthopaedic Society. He is on active duty at St. Francis Hospital, Methodist Hospital and Baptist Hospital. Dr. Lindy has special interest in joint preserving procedures, such as knee and shoulder arthroscopy, hip resurfacing arthroplasty (i.e. Birmingham Hip Resurfacing) and partial knee replacements.
