Dr. Omar Benitez received his undergraduate degree from University of Texas at Austin in 1990. He attended Baylor College of Medicine in Houston where he graduated with honors in 1994. Dr. Benitez completed his residency training in Surgery and Urology at the University of Florida College in Gainesville in 1999 where he served as chief resident.
Dr. Benitez is recommended for his sound clinical judgement and provides comprehensive urological services for both adult and pediatric patients. Dr. Benitez is trained and experienced in robotic surgery, advanced laparoscopic skills, prosthetic surgery for erectile dysfunction, urinary stone disease, minimally invasive treatment for prostate disorders, treatments for urinary incontinence and pediatric urology.
