Dr. Muhammad K. Hasan is board certified in gastroenterology and internal medicine. He has dedicated his practice towards advanced and complex endoscopy. He specializes in the treatment of Barrett’s esophagus, endoscopic resection of small and large bowel polyps, small bowel endoscopy, double balloon enteroscopy, pancreatic and biliary disorders with particular expertise in Therapeutic ERCP and Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS). Dr. Hasan currently serves as the Director of Advanced Endoscopy Fellowship program at CIE and Assistant Professor of Medicine at University of Central Florida. Dr. Hasan completed his advanced endoscopy training at Mayo Clinic Jacksonville and Medical University of South Carolina where he also has worked as instructor in internal medicine. He has authored multiple professional articles and book chapters.
