Dr. Abbasi is a surgeon with AdventHealth Medical Group’s flagship vascular surgery practice in Central Florida. The group provides comprehensive vascular care and boasts a state-of-the-art vascular lab where virtually all types of diagnostic ultrasound for vascular diseases are offered. Dr. Abbasi joined AdventHealth from The Cleveland Clinic in Ohio, where he completed all his post-graduate medical training and most recently served as Chief Resident in vascular surgery. In addition to his ongoing research into groundbreaking diagnostic methods and treatments, Dr. Abbasi focuses on treating patients with aortic aneurysms, peripheral aneurysms, aortic dissection, arterial blockages, carotid artery disease, circulation disorders, leg pain and swelling, obstructive disease, peripheral vascular disease, venous disease, dialysis access, thoracic outlet syndrome, popliteal entrapment syndrome and associated disorders.
