Katie graduated from University of California, Davis in 2007 with a B.S. in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior. After working in a laboratory for several years, she decided to return to school to follow her passion for helping others regain function and achieve their goals after injury. Katie received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from University of Southern California in 2013 and has been working in the orthopedic setting ever since. She joined SDSM in April 2018 and is a valuable addition to the physical therapy team. Katie is also a certified weightlifting coach and enjoys helping competitors at her gym improve their form.
