Ashley J. Falk, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician highly experienced in treating patients of all ages. Dr. Falk received her medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School and completed her residency in family medicine at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, the nation’s second-largest family medicine residency program in which she achieved the rank of Chief Resident. For four years, she served as a family medicine physician at Offutt Air Force Base in Nebraska, providing full-scope family medicine care, including outpatient clinic management, inpatient medicine, obstetrics, women’s health, and minor surgery. Following her military career, Dr. Falk joined the faculty at the University of Nebraska where she spent five years providing the full range of primary care to all ages, teaching young physicians, and writing in national publications.
