As a self employed , mental health licensed professional counselor for 34 years , i offer extensive experience in many areas for the individual, family, marital, divorce, blended family , work with children , adolescents, and adults. treatment for depression , anxiety, mood disorder, panic, sleep problems, ocd, odd, stress impacting job and health issues, workplace issues, Ptsd, Crisis intervention and also coordinating care with the patients doctors. In addition , i work with child and adult ADD/ADHD, women's issues, abuse, grief, and also work with veterans and their families. The clinical orientation is primarily cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive processing, solution based therapy and ACT in order to help the client with facilitation of understanding insight awareness as it relates to the treatment process to increase day to day functioning, growth and balance in their lives.
