The office also maintains various community link service centers where residents can pay traffic tickets and buy pet licenses. The Office of Customer Service has a speakers' bureau that supports programs and offers services related to economic development, neighborhood and physical enhancement, human development and community services and organizational support. It organizes a variety of customer service training programs and events.
