Everything created at our dessert shop is made here using natural flavoring, natural coloring and no preservatives. My mom, grandmother and my aunts all have a gift for baking. My mother-in-law inspired me with her lovely decorated cakes. For many years I had been baking for family and friends and received great feedback from them to open our own dessert shop. My husband and I truly had no desire to get involved in another business. God changed that. Through our journey in helping a young lady and her new baby we realized that if we had that dessert shop we could give her a job. God continued to open doors to this and here we are today (a lot harder than it sounds:) Here at Christina's we're very passionate about baking from scratch with quality ingredients. No preservatives and using all natural colorings and flavorings. Having a daughter that fought with food allergies years ago led us to self educate ourselves on reading labels and all the yuk that goes into our food today. We want to offer all the comforts of home and healthier food. This business is not really just about the cakes or coffee or smoothies. It's more about enriching lives. Our Monday-Saturday specialty Cupcakes can be special ordered anytime with a half dozen minimum. If purchasing or placing an order for a specialty cupcake on the scheduled day we serve them, no minimum. Seasonal cupcakes can be special ordered out of season with a one dozen minimum order. Holiday cupcakes available everyday during holiday week and by special order during the entire holiday month. All orders must be placed 24 hours in advance. Our Coffee When we started we really made sure we were very educated as to what we were serving. Our research expanded far more then the product alone, but where it came from and the process it goes through to keep quality and consistency. The decaf coffee is processed naturally with a Swiss press not solvents! Serving everyday brewed coffee to gourmet frozen drinks! Smoothies 100% all natural! 100% fat free. 100% nutritious. The vitamin and mineral blend inside our smoothies have an excellent source of anti-oxidants that contribute to good health.
