Christee's... Christee Witt has been in the food business from the time she was fifteen years old. She loves the fast pace the restaurant business brings. Christee is committed to providing excellent food with superior service. Customer service seems to be something very difficult to find, therefore; every employee of Christee's is trained to go above and beyond in serving each and every customer. It is our goal to not only provide great food but to create a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. Christee was a part of the Wienerschnitzel franchise for 19 years. Christee also managed D.W. Spuds here in Albuquerque and in Texas. She has earned a great reputation for her skills in the food industry and for her ability to build a loyal customer base.
