A Chef in the 1990’s, Chef Robert Charlton transitioned to technology sales where he was a 300+ 'Road Warrior' before purchasing a failing Wing restaurant in 2016 to create Charlton’s Grill and Tap. A local family-run, dog-friendly, creative culinary neighborhood restaurant where food is made to order and a menu designed to accommodate for Gluten-friendly, Keto or dietary medical requirements. Chef Bob understands travelers look for a "Home-away-from-Home" with an inviting atmosphere, relaxed dining experience where they get to meet the Chef. We have corporate partnerships with Delta Dining (rewards network), Dinova, hotel delivery via Grub Hub, Door Dash and UberEATS.
