Central Baptist Church family is an independent Baptist conservative fellowship offering various prayer and worship programs and services. It is one of the oldest Baptist churches in Memphis, Tenn., and was established in 1865. The church operates the Central Baptist School that enrolls students in kindergarten through grade five. It also offers a Hispanic ministry, and various master clubs for children. The church additionally provides various youth ministries that organize events and programs, such as parent teen battles, youth conferences, boot camps, the ice-cream initiation program, pool parties, trips to various sporting events, camps, whitewater rafting, parent appreciation banquets, and the Central Baptist area-wide youth rally.
