The collaborative relationship that we create in therapy is a powerful tool for positive change. Therapy leads to increased awareness about the kinds of past and present patterns that create problems in our lives. As a therapist, I facilitate the change process, increasing a client's coping, self-esteem and self-awareness, and life satisfaction.
I work with adults and children on a variety of issues including eating disorders, depression or anxiety, adjustment problems, and stress and trauma. In addition to therapy, I specialize in evaluations with adults and children for attention problems, and in cognitive and personality assessments.
