Located in Charlotte, N.C., Carmel Middle School serves more than 500 students in grades six through eight. The school organizes various field trips, competitions, and music and sports programs. It offers a variety of gifted and talented education and English as a Second Language programs. The school s teachers provide classroom instruction and enrichment activities. Carmel Middle School s staff includes guidance counselors, subject teachers, instructional assistants, psychologists, speech and language therapists, and library media and resource specialists. The school offers classes in English, math, fine arts, journalism, science, social studies and language arts.
