If you would like to request an appointment online, please select the Appointment Request option from the menu bar above. A member of our staff will follow up with you directly. Text appointment reminders have proved beneficial to our patients in keeping their scheduled appointment times.

Financial

We are in-network providers for all major health insurance companies. We bill primary and secondary carriers for our patients' convenience. We also participate with most workers compensation carrier networks in the state. Our practice accepts cash, check, and major credit cards for payment of co-pays, deductibles and co-insurance. Non-covered services are available at a discount through patient participation in ChiroHealth USA. Our insurance specialist will verify benefits and discuss your individual plan with you prior to your initial appointment. Payment plans can be discussed upon request.
