Bold Initiative, located in incorporated in New York, is a national, nonprofit organization. It develops research and demonstration projects to provide models to diversify business leadership in different industries, at different stages of their development, and in different parts of the country; Data demonstrating the impact of diversity on organizational performance and practices in making internal systemic change to remove inadvertent obstacles to corporate leadership diversity. Bold Initiative operates the North Texas BOLD Initiative that has a partnership with various companies, such as Alcon Laboratories, American Airlines, Austin Industries, Bates Container, Bell Helicopter Textron, Freese and Nichols, and Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company.
