BillerReinhart was founded in 2001 by President and Senior Structural Engineer Michael H. Biller, P.E., and Vice President and Senior Structural Engineer Robert J. Reinhart, P.E. Both Professional Engineers have extensive experience in the field of structural engineering design, consultation, assessments and inspection. They are registered in the State of Florida and are both licensed Special Inspectors for threshold inspection services in the State of Florida. In addition, Mr. Biller and Mr. Reinhart are licensed in multiple states. Both Mr. Biller and Mr. Reinhart have gained years of experience on a wide variety of projects for public and private clients. Services Design BillerReinhart designs new buildings and industrial structures bringing a wealth of experience in domestic and international projects including the following: schools, community centers, university buildings, airport buildings, office buildings, warehouses, retail buildings, chemical plants, petroleum plants, fertilizer plants and food processing plants. BillerReinhart also designs specialty structures such as sign structures, anchorage details for mechanical equipment, and systems for moving existing equipment. BillerReinhart will also analyze an existing structure to verify its capacity to accommodate updated loading requirements and to support new mechanical equipment. Restoration and Renovation BillerReinhart produces drawings and specifications for the restoration and/or renovation of existing buildings. The company performs condition surveys of the structures and issues reports to document findings and recommendations. BillerReinhart coordinates with the client to produce a project scope. Drawings and specifications are then prepared for contractor bidding, permitting, and construction.
