Aquavina is an upscale, contemporary, seafood restaurant in Charlotte, N.C. Fresh seafood is flown in daily from across the world and the menu reflects international influences in its executive chef s inventive flavor combinations and techniques. The courses include the award-winning snow crab cobbler, hush puppy dusted shrimp, grilled mahi mahi, broiled main lobster and aquavina surf and turf. Desserts include its Cappuccino Parfait and Roasted Banana Creme Brulee. The restaurant also offers an extensive wine-list. It seats 224 people including 24 people in two separate bars and 60 people in its outdoor terrace. Aquavina is open for lunch and dinner, Monday through Saturday and is available for private parties.
