Established in 1972, Alvarado Hospital is an independent, physician-owned, more than 300-bed facility. It offers gynecology, cardiology, endoscopy, general surgery and internal medicine services. The hospital provides treatment for patients who suffer from cancer and sexual and sleep disorders. Alvarado Hospital undertakes vascular, skull-base and weight-loss surgical procedures. It also provides a range of diagnostic imaging services, such as mammography, CT scan, X-ray, magnetic resonance imaging and ultrasound.
