Advanced Orthopedics & Rehabilitation (AOR) has served the tri-county area for more than 30 years. AOR was started in Washington, PA and has expanded to Greene County (Waynesburg), South Hills (McMurray and Bethel Park), and the Mon Valley (Charleroi). This broad geographic area allows us to give our patients more options and convenience to fit their busy schedules. We do our best to have realistic appointment times which usually minimizes the time spent in the waiting room and also allows us to spend more time with each patient.


Each year, each AOR Physicians spend their own time evaluating and learning the newest techniques available. This gives your surgeon many different options to custom fit a plan for you. Some of these recent advances include the minimally invasive hip and knee replacements, partial knee replacements, and arthroscopic. Each patient is different and these techniques do not apply to everyone, so you and your doctor will discuss them individually.
