Abe & Louie s, located in Boston, is an upscale steak house that offers guests a variety of prime meats, fresh seafood, entrees and wines. Its menu highlights more than 12 meats in several cuts and preparations. Other offerings include tuna steak and grilled swordfish, Maine lobster, whole crispy chicken with lemon poulet sauce and perennial dessert favorites, chocolate souffl and house mocha creme brulee. The restaurant features oversized leather courtroom chairs, Hollywood-style-booths in the dining room, bronze chandeliers, torchieres and a gold leaf barrel vault ceiling. The restaurant also offers private dining as well as a lounge on the second level. Abe & Louie s received the 'Award of Excellence' by Wine Spectator Magazine in 2002 & 2003. It was also named 'Boston's Best Steakhouse' by Improper Bostonian Magazine for 2001, 2002 & 2003.
